This collection is strictly used to store the current Arica ID. It is automatically incremented each time a new account is made and that Arica ID is assigned to the customer upon registering their account.
The Arica ID "client_count" field below can be modified if necessary, preferably upwards to avoid customers having duplicated Arica ID's.
