The We are One Meditation has the main purpose of awakening in us the experience of our oneness with all humanity. The meditation can be experienced in the heart with a great happiness of the Unity found with all other human beings. It is a straightforward meditation, but it has a definite impact on us. By working with the Universal Logos at the end of the meditation when you close your eyes, the Lights of the Divine Mind will be awakened in your third eye for the benefit of all.
